Rex Brown and Backstage Auctions Auctioning Vintage Pantera Gear
Rex Brown, founding member of the multi-platinum selling band Pantera, is collaborating with backstageauctions.com to present an opportunity that no Pantera fan will want to miss. Some of the items on the block include guitars, basses, amps, speaker cabinets, road cases, personal items and more.
The auction will take place April 18th until April 26th. Register with backstageauctions.com to find out how you can own a piece of Pantera history.
Rex Brown had this to say about the auction, “I took a look at all my old Pantera gear. I realized that I had a ton of bass guitars, amps, cabinets, road cases and other great stuff just sitting in storage collecting dust. I felt they really should be in the hands of the fans who would love to own a piece of Pantera history. I have all my Pantera love and memories in my heart and soul. Of course I am keeping a couple things that are important to me, but there are a lot of treasured items here, and it’s time for the next generation to take care of them.”
This will be the first time that Pantera memorabilia has been made available to the public by one of the original members of the band. Don’t miss the chance to own a piece of Rex Brown’s history and a part of the legacy of Pantera.
Rex Brown is one of the baddest metal bassists around. He is most famous as the longtime bassist for the Grammy nominated, platinum selling band Pantera. He provided the bottom end thunder that was the signature of the band both live and on record. Since the 1990 release of Pantera’s “Cowboys From Hell”, Rex Brown has had a hand in multiple gold, platinum and #1 records. In 2010 he became a founding member of Kill Devil Hill with Vinny Appice, Dewey Bragg and Mark Zavon, and continues to be a driving force in that band.
